How do I cancel Google One?
- 1On your computer, go to Google One at one.google.com.
- 2Click Settings, then Cancel membership.
- 3To confirm, click Cancel membership. You should get a confirmation that the subscription is canceled.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you signed up through the App Store on iPhone or iPad, open the App Store, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions, Google One, Cancel Subscription, and request any refund from Apple support. Play Store purchases follow Google Play's refund policies. In the US, a membership sponsored by Metro by T-Mobile ends as soon as you cancel, and you lose all benefits right away.
What happens after I cancel?
- Your Google One storage and benefits stay until the end of the billing cycle, then end.
- In most countries or regions, Google storage plan purchases are not refunded; the storage you paid for stays yours for the length of the subscription.
- You and your family members each keep up to 15 GB of storage at no charge. If you are over that, Gmail can't send or receive messages, Drive can't sync or upload new files, and Photos can't back up photos or videos.
