How do I cancel GoDaddy?
- 1Go to your Renewals and Billing page (account.godaddy.com/myrenewals) and select Manage Subscriptions.
- 2In the Subscriptions list, select the product, then select Cancel Plan.
- 3Select a reason for canceling and select Continue to Cancel. If GoDaddy asks another question or two, answer them and select Continue to Cancel.
- 4Check the cancellation date shown below Confirm your cancellation, then select Confirm Cancel.
- 5For a domain with Domain Protection, select Yes, Delete this product, then Verify and delete, and confirm your identity with the verification code or one-time password GoDaddy sends.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you bought the product through a mobile app store like the Apple App Store or Google Play, make changes to the subscription in that store.
What happens after I cancel?
- You can keep using the product until the end of the subscription, and you are not charged on the next billing date.
- After the cancellation date, the product and all associated data are deleted. If you change your mind, you can renew the subscription manually.
- To find out if you are eligible for a refund, contact GoDaddy Guides.
