How to cancel Picsart Pro or Ultra

Picsart recommends canceling 24 to 48 hours before your renewal date. Deleting the app or your Picsart account does not cancel the subscription.

How do I cancel Picsart?

  1. 1Log in at picsart.com and click your profile photo.
  2. 2Select Settings.
  3. 3Go to Billing & Subscriptions and click Cancel subscription.
  4. 4Choose Downgrade to free plan.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed in the Picsart app, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions while signed in to the store account you bought it with. For a subscription bought through the Microsoft Store, cancel it in the Microsoft Store.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your subscription stays active until the current billing period ends.
  • After that, your account continues on the free plan.
