How to cancel Motion Array

You can cancel an individual Motion Array plan from Plan & Billing in your account. Team plans can only be canceled by contacting Motion Array support through the Help Center chat.

How do I cancel Motion Array?

  1. 1Log in to Motion Array, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select My Account.
  2. 2In the left-hand sidebar, click Plan & Billing.
  3. 3In the My subscription section, click the Breadcrumbs (three-dot) icon and choose Change Plan.
  4. 4On the pricing page, click Renewal settings at the bottom.
  5. 5Click Continue to cancel and follow the prompts.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You are not charged again and keep paid access until your next renewal date.
  • Once you are no longer a paying member, you can't use your downloads in new projects. Finished projects you published while a paying member stay covered.
