How to cancel a Squarespace website subscription

Each Squarespace site has its own website subscription, which you cancel from that site's Billing panel.

How do I cancel Squarespace?

1Open the Billing panel of the site you want to cancel.
2Under Subscriptions, click your website plan, then click Cancel subscription.
3On an annual plan within the refund window, choose Retain Access or Get Refund Immediately, then click Continue.
4Review the Cancellation details and click Continue. Pick a reason, then click Next through the rest of the form.
5If Your other subscriptions appears, click Continue, then click Cancel subscription to confirm.

The site stays online until the end of the billing cycle; an annual plan within the refund window can instead end right away with a refund.
Domains, Google Workspace, Acuity Scheduling and Email Campaigns stay active and keep billing until you cancel them separately.
Your data is kept, so you can still log in to export available content or reactivate the site later.
