How to cancel a Webflow Site plan
Webflow bills Site plans and Workspace plans separately, and canceling one does not cancel the other. These steps cancel a Site plan by downgrading the site to the free Starter plan.

How do I cancel Webflow?
- 1If the plan has add-ons, such as bandwidth add-ons, remove them first.
- 2Go to Site settings, then Plans, then the Website tab.
- 3Choose Downgrade to Starter.
- 4Choose Continue to downgrade.
- 5Pick a reason if you like, then click Downgrade to Starter.
What happens after I cancel?
- Paid Site plan features stay on until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, your custom domains are removed and the site is unpublished from its custom domain and its webflow.io subdomain; the project stays in your Workspace.
- Canceling does not refund the current billing cycle. Within 14 days of a new purchase, you can request a refund under Webflow's Refund Policy.
