How to cancel Hinge+ or HingeX
Hinge+ and HingeX renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing period. The steps below are for subscriptions paid with Hinge payment (powered by Stripe).

How do I cancel Hinge?
- 1Open the Hinge app.
- 2Tap the gear icon to open Account Settings.
- 3Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
- 4No longer have the app? Cancel through Stripe, Hinge's billing partner, using the email address where you receive Hinge subscription emails.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or your Apple ID, open your iPhone's Subscriptions page, tap Hinge, then Cancel Subscription; Apple handles any refund. On Android, open your Google Play subscriptions, tap Hinge, then Cancel Subscription; Google handles refunds for Google Play purchases. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel these subscriptions.
What happens after I cancel?
- Canceling turns off auto-renewal, and the rest of your current subscription runs until it lapses.
- Deleting the Hinge app does not cancel your subscription. With Hinge payment, deleting your Hinge account cancels it right away and you permanently lose any remaining subscription benefits.
- Most purchases are nonrefundable. If you paid with Hinge payment and purchased the subscription in the last 14 days, you can contact Hinge's Support Team with a refund request.
