How to cancel Zoosk+

Zoosk+ renews automatically until you cancel it. You cancel where you bought it: on the Zoosk website, with Apple, or with Google Play.

How do I cancel Zoosk?

  1. 1On the Zoosk website, go to My Profile, then Account Settings.
  2. 2Select Subscription, then Manage Subscription, and select Manage Subscription again.
  3. 3Select your active subscription, then select Cancel Subscription.
  4. 4Choose a reason for canceling and select Confirm Cancelation.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple bills the subscription and you cancel it in your Apple account settings. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel it in your Google Play account. You don't need the app installed to cancel.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep Premium features until the end of your current billing period, then your account is downgraded to Basic access.
  • Canceling turns off future automatic renewals but does not end the current term early or give a refund. All Zoosk purchases are final and non-refundable, including automatic renewals.
  • Zoosk shows a cancellation confirmation on screen and sends a confirmation email.
