How to cancel a Match subscription
Match subscriptions renew automatically, and canceling turns off auto-renewal. You cancel from Manage Subscription in your account settings on the app, mobile web or desktop.

How do I cancel Match?
- 1Log in at match.com on a desktop browser and click the gear icon.
- 2Click Manage Subscription and enter your password.
- 3Click Subscription Status.
- 4Turn off auto-renewal and complete all the steps to cancel.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you subscribed through Apple in the iPhone app, cancel with Apple: open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then Subscriptions, then Cancel Subscription, and tap Confirm. For more help, contact Apple.
What happens after I cancel?
- Canceling a subscription turns off auto-renewal. If you cancel a free trial, your access ends right away.
- If you cancel a Platinum subscription, you can't downgrade to Silver or Bronze at this time.
- Canceling the subscription does not close your account. You can also cancel your membership: your profile and photos are hidden, Match keeps your data under its Privacy Policy, and you can reactivate by signing in.
