How to cancel Plenty of Fish Plus, Premium or Prestige

POF Plus, Premium and Prestige memberships renew until you turn off your subscription. Turn it off at least 24 hours before your current membership expires.

How do I cancel Plenty of Fish?

  1. 1Log in to your account at pof.com on a desktop computer.
  2. 2Go to Manage Account.
  3. 3Under Membership, select Account Type.
  4. 4Under My Membership, select cancel membership.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the App Store, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select POF and tap Cancel Subscription. If you subscribed through Google Play, open the Google Play app, tap the profile icon at the top right, open your payments and subscriptions, select the POF subscription and tap Cancel subscription.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your membership stays active for the rest of your current billing cycle.
  • Plenty of Fish subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Special terms may apply, so check POF's Terms & Conditions to see if you're eligible.
  • Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription.
