How to cancel a Keeper subscription
Keeper has no separate cancel button. You cancel by deleting your Keeper account, but if you bought on keepersecurity.com and want to keep the account, Keeper support can turn off auto-renewal for you instead.

How do I cancel Keeper?
- 1Save or export any vault data you need first.
- 2Log in to the Keeper iOS app, Android app, or Safari extension.
- 3Go to Help > Delete Keeper Account to delete your account, which cancels the subscription.
- 4If you can't log in, email deleteme@keepersecurity.com and Keeper will delete the account for you.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you bought Keeper through the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store, that store bills you and Keeper can't cancel it for you. Turn off auto-renewal in that store's subscription settings. If deleting your account asks you to confirm canceling with Apple or Google, confirm it, or you could still be billed.
What happens after I cancel?
- Deleting the account cancels the subscription and stops all future payments.
- Your vault data is permanently removed, and this can't be undone.
- Keeper subscriptions are non-refundable, including renewals and time already used.
