How to cancel LastPass Premium or Families

LastPass Premium and Families are billed in advance and renew automatically, usually every year. LastPass's terms say a subscription renews unless it is canceled at least 30 days before the current term ends.

How do I cancel LastPass?

  1. 1Log in to LastPass and open your vault.
  2. 2In Account Settings, go to the My Account section.
  3. 3Choose Cancel to turn off automatic renewal.

What happens after I cancel?

  • LastPass's terms say all payments are final and non-refundable.
  • When a paid subscription ends, LastPass may convert the account to a free version. If it does not, your access to LastPass ends.
  • Canceling one LastPass service does not affect your subscriptions to other LastPass services.
