How to cancel NordPass Premium or Family
To cancel a NordPass subscription, you turn off auto-renewal in your Nord Account. This stops the next automatic charge.

How do I cancel NordPass?
- 1Log in to your Nord Account.
- 2Click Billing on the left side and select the Subscriptions tab.
- 3Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel.
- 4Select Cancel auto-renewal to confirm.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel the subscription there, following Google's or Apple's instructions.
What happens after I cancel?
- NordPass services stop after your current subscription ends, and you are not charged automatically again.
- Canceling does not automatically result in a refund. To request one, review the money-back policy and contact customer support.
- Personal accounts get a 30-day money-back guarantee if they cancel within 30 days of the first purchase. Renewals are not eligible unless local law requires otherwise.
