How to cancel LifeLock

To cancel LifeLock, you turn off automatic renewal in your Norton account or contact Member Services & Support. Cancel before your renewal billing date to allow time for processing.

How do I cancel LifeLock?

  1. 1Sign in to your Norton account, and on the My Account page, select the My Subscriptions tab.
  2. 2Find your LifeLock subscription and click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal next to it.
  3. 3Next to Plan Renewal, click Unsubscribe, then select a reason and click Next.
  4. 4If you still want to cancel after any offers, click No thanks, cancel my subscription, then click Next. A confirmation message appears; allow up to 24 hours for the change to show in your account.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought your plan as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Microsoft Store, cancel it through that store. Cancellation and refund eligibility can be different for plans billed through a third party such as an app store, service provider or retailer.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your protection continues through the end of the term you already paid for. After that, the subscription ends and does not renew.
  • Unless excluded, an annual membership or annual renewal can be refunded if you ask within 60 days of the charge, and a monthly membership within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact Member Services & Support.
  • Your account may be closed when the paid membership period ends, and you may lose any benefits tied to automatic renewal.
