How do I cancel Malwarebytes?

  1. 1Open your payment page in your Malwarebytes account (my.malwarebytes.com/landing/turn-off-auto-renewal).
  2. 2In the pop-up, click Turn auto-renewal off.
  3. 3Select a reason for canceling auto-renewal and click Send.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you have a subscription or trial for an Android or iOS device, cancel it through Google Play or the Apple App Store instead.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your subscription stays active and valid until its expiration date.
  • Malwarebytes sends you a confirmation email once auto-renewal is turned off.
