How to cancel NordVPN

To cancel a NordVPN subscription bought directly from NordVPN, you turn off auto-renewal in your Nord Account. The same steps cancel NordPass, NordLocker, Dedicated IP and bundle subscriptions.

How do I cancel NordVPN?

  1. 1Log in to your Nord Account.
  2. 2Open the Billing tab.
  3. 3Click Cancel next to Auto-renewal.
  4. 4Select Cancel auto-renewal. The auto-renewal status changes to Off.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought the subscription through Google Play, the Apple App Store or the Amazon App Store, cancel it through that store instead. NordVPN cannot refund Apple App Store payments, so contact Apple for those, and contact Amazon Support for Amazon purchases.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The subscription stops renewing, and NordVPN service ends when your current subscription period ends.
  • NordVPN sends a confirmation email to your registered address when the cancellation goes through.
  • Refunds are requested separately through customer support's live chat. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers only your first purchase, not renewals, unless local law requires otherwise.
