How to cancel McAfee
To cancel a McAfee subscription, you turn off auto-renewal in My Account. To avoid the next renewal charge, do it more than 30 days before your subscription term expires.

How do I cancel McAfee?
- 1Go to myaccount.mcafee.com and sign in to your McAfee account.
- 2Select Subscriptions.
- 3Select Cancel next to the subscription you don't want to renew automatically.
- 4Scroll down and select Cancel Auto-Renewal.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you bought McAfee from a third party and McAfee doesn't bill you directly, turn off auto-renewal with the provider that bills you.
What happens after I cancel?
- Your current paid subscription stays available for the rest of its term, and it won't renew for another term.
- Some subscriptions include extra benefits while auto-renewal is on. Turning it off can end your eligibility for those benefits.
- If your subscription has already renewed, contact McAfee Customer Service for help with the renewal charge or a refund.
