How to cancel eharmony Premium

How do I cancel eharmony?

  1. 1Log into your eharmony account and click the down-arrow next to your portrait at the top of the screen.
  2. 2Click Data & settings.
  3. 3Click Amend subscription (Cancel auto renewal in the US).
  4. 4Read the details, click the link at the bottom of the page and go through to the confirmation page.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through Apple, eharmony can't manage the subscription; manage it in your App Store Subscription settings. If you subscribed through Google Play, open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription or stop scheduled payments.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Turning off automatic renewal does not end your current subscription; it runs its full term and then expires.
  • Once your subscription expires, you can no longer read and write custom messages with members or view their photos.
  • Any pending payments at the time of cancellation are still due and will be charged as scheduled until completed.
