How do I cancel SimpliSafe?

  1. 1Make sure the Account Owner makes the request, and be ready to verify your identity with your Safe Word.
  2. 2Contact SimpliSafe support by chat, or call 1-888-783-8441.
  3. 3In states where online cancellation is required, you can instead click the Account icon on the SimpliSafe.com Home Screen, then Security Dashboard, then Manage Account.
  4. 4Start your cancellation request at the bottom of the screen. Online cancellation is available only during standard hours of operation.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Once the cancellation is processed, SimpliSafe sends a confirmation email to the account owner's email address on file.
