How do I cancel Ring?

  1. 1Sign in to your account on ring.com.
  2. 2Select Plan on the top menu.
  3. 3Select the plan you want to cancel.
  4. 4Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your plan and any add-ons stop at the end of the billing period and do not renew, and you keep the plan's benefits until then.
  • You lose access to all recorded videos, so download any you want to keep before canceling. Past recordings cannot be restored if you resubscribe later.
  • Refunds are not available unless required by applicable law.
