How to cancel MUBI

If you subscribed to MUBI on the web, you can cancel at any time in your subscription settings. Cancel at least one calendar day before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

How do I cancel MUBI?

  1. 1Sign in to your MUBI account at mubi.com in a web browser.
  2. 2Open your subscription settings at mubi.com/subscription (Subscription under Settings).
  3. 3Cancel your subscription from your subscription settings.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store on iOS or Apple TV, Google Play or Roku, you need to cancel in that platform's settings instead.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Any time you have already paid for is kept after you cancel.
  • MUBI subscriptions are non-refundable. If you think a charge was made in error, contact MUBI Support at support@mubi.com.
