How to cancel NFL+

How you cancel NFL+ depends on where you signed up. If you subscribed directly on NFL.com, you cancel from your account on NFL.com.

How do I cancel NFL+?

  1. 1Go to NFL.com and sign in, or open the Account page if you are already signed in.
  2. 2Click the arrow next to NFL Subscriptions.
  3. 3In the Manage Subscriptions section, click the arrow next to Manage, then click Cancel.
  4. 4When you see We're sorry to see you go, select a reason for leaving and click Cancel.
  5. 5On the Miss you already page, click Back to My Account to return to your account settings.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through an app store or platform such as Apple, Google Play, Roku or Amazon, you need to follow that company's cancellation process instead. The NFL+ help article links to instructions for each one.

What happens after I cancel?

  • If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
  • Canceling stops the recurring charges, and your subscription will not renew.
