Nintendo Switch Online renews automatically until you turn off auto-renewal. Do it at least 48 hours before the membership expires, either on the Account Home website or from Nintendo eShop on your console.

How do I cancel Nintendo Switch Online?
- 1Go to accounts.nintendo.com/portal and sign in to the Nintendo Account that bought the membership.
- 2Select Nintendo Switch Online.
- 3In the "Active Plan" section, select Cancel Your Pass by Turning Off Auto-Renewal.
- 4Select Confirm. Once auto-renewal is off, it cannot be turned back on.
What happens after I cancel?
- Your membership stays active until the end of its term, and you do not get refunds or credits for the time left.
- When the membership expires, Save Data Cloud backup is no longer available. Start a new membership within 180 days to get your cloud backups back; save data stored on the console still works.
- With a family membership, the other members of your family group also lose the service when the membership ends.
