How to cancel Paramount+ Essential or Premium

If you signed up for Paramount+ on the web, an LG, Vizio or Samsung smart TV, or an Xbox, PS4 or PS5, you cancel on paramountplus.com. If you can't log in, click the blue chat bubble on the Paramount+ Help Center homepage and type Agent.

How do I cancel Paramount+?

  1. 1Go to paramountplus.com and click your username in the upper right corner.
  2. 2Click Account.
  3. 3Scroll down and click Cancel subscription.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through another billing platform, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, Prime Video Channels or Apple TV Channels, you need to cancel there instead. The Paramount+ help article has steps for each one.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access to Paramount+ until the end of your current billing period.
  • Fees you have already paid are not refunded, except in cases where the law requires it. If Paramount+ does issue a refund, your access ends right away.
  • You can resubscribe at any time by signing in with the email address and password you used before.
