How to cancel Peacock

If Peacock bills you directly, you cancel Select, Premium or Premium Plus from your Peacock account. If you can't log in, you can cancel through chat on Peacock's Help Center.

How do I cancel Peacock?

  1. 1Log in to your Peacock account at peacocktv.com/account/plans.
  2. 2Select Cancel All Subscriptions.
  3. 3Follow the steps to confirm. Peacock shows a confirmation message on screen and sends a confirmation email, which may take a few hours.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through a third party such as Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, DIRECTV, Spectrum, Verizon or Xfinity, or got Peacock included with another service, cancel with that company; Peacock can't cancel it. If you don't see Cancel All Subscriptions, you may be billed through a third party; the Payment Method section under the Subscriptions tab shows how you pay.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your plan does not renew at the end of its current subscription term.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for prior payments when you cancel or downgrade Premium or Premium Plus, unless required by law.
  • Cancel All Subscriptions also cancels your add-ons, such as a Regional Sports Network or Starz. You need a base plan to subscribe to any add-on.
