How to cancel a Philo subscription

If Philo bills you directly, you cancel your subscription or trial from your Account page on philo.com. If a third party bills you, cancel through that biller instead.

How do I cancel Philo?

  1. 1Sign in on philo.com.
  2. 2Click your Profile avatar, then select Account.
  3. 3Click Cancel my subscription.
  4. 4Click Complete cancellation to confirm.
  5. 5To check, look at the Your Philo Subscription section at the top of your Account page, which shows the last day of your billing cycle.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you're billed through Amazon, Apple, Google, Roku, Samsung or Vizio, cancel with that biller instead: at amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions, in Apple's or Google Play's subscription settings, on your Roku by highlighting the Philo app on the home screen and choosing Manage subscription, under Purchase History in your Samsung account, or under Subscriptions and Purchases in your Walmart account for Vizio. Locking your card won't stop subscription charges.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You can still watch the content in your paid subscription for the rest of your current billing cycle, and Philo's Free Channels stay available after it ends.
  • Philo has a no refund policy: you won't be charged again, but you won't get a refund for the current billing period.
  • Philo keeps your name, email address and phone number, and its payment processor keeps your card number unless you click remove payment info on your Account page.
