How to cancel Grindr XTRA or Unlimited

Grindr XTRA and Unlimited are charged to your App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically until canceled. You cancel them in that store's subscription settings, using the same account you bought the subscription with.

How do I cancel Grindr?

  1. 1Open the Apple App Store app on your iPhone.
  2. 2Select your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. 3Tap Subscriptions, then select Grindr.
  4. 4Select Cancel Subscription.

Billed through an app store or partner?

Grindr subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and tied to the Apple ID or Google Play account used to buy them. On Android, open the Google Play Store app, select your profile icon, tap Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions, tap Cancel under Grindr and select Cancel Subscription; you get a confirmation email. Deleting your Grindr profile or the app does not cancel the subscription.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep your premium features until the end of the current billing period.
  • All Grindr purchases, including subscriptions, are final and non-refundable under Grindr's Terms of Service.
