How to cancel Aura

If you bought Aura on aura.com, you can cancel online from the Membership section of your account. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are canceled in that store instead.

How do I cancel Aura?

  1. 1Sign in to your Aura account at aura.com.
  2. 2Click the gear wheel in the top right corner and go to the Membership section.
  3. 3Click Cancel Membership, then select Cancel Online.
  4. 4Follow the prompts, confirm your cancellation, and choose a reason.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel Aura: Security & Protection in that store's subscription settings. The 60-day refund guarantee does not apply to app store purchases.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Only annual plans bought on Aura's website or through Aura's Customer Support team qualify for the 60-day money-back guarantee. It does not cover Amazon or app store purchases.
  • To request a refund, call Aura at 1-833-552-2123 within 60 days of your initial purchase date. If you started with a free trial, the 60 days count from the day you signed up for the trial.
