How to cancel TunnelBear Unlimited

Monthly and yearly TunnelBear subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. Two-year and three-year plans don't renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

How do I cancel TunnelBear?

  1. 1Log in to your account on the TunnelBear website and select the Overview tab.
  2. 2Click Cancel.
  3. 3Select a reason for downgrading and click Cancel Subscription.
  4. 4Wait about 10 seconds for the downgrade to finish.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel it in that store's subscription settings. A TunnelBear for Teams account can only be canceled by an administrator.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep your unlimited data until the end of your subscription period.
  • Canceling does not automatically trigger a refund.
  • TunnelBear sends a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
