How to cancel TotalAV

TotalAV subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless canceled. You cancel by turning off auto-renewal in the TotalAV Online Portal, without contacting support.

How do I cancel TotalAV?

  1. 1Log in to the TotalAV Online Portal at dashboard.totalav.com.
  2. 2On your dashboard, click My Subscriptions.
  3. 3Under My Services, click Cancel Subscription on the subscription you want to end.
  4. 4Verify your identity with the code TotalAV sends to your account email to finish.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought TotalAV through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings, and request any refund from that store.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The subscription stops renewing at the end of the current billing period. Your services stay fully active until then, and no further charges are made.
  • Turning off auto-renewal does not trigger a refund. Refunds are requested from TotalAV support, and access ends immediately once a refund is processed.
  • Refund requests are generally considered within 30 days of purchase or renewal for annual and biannual plans, and within 14 days for monthly, quarterly and add-on plans.
