How to cancel Tidal

You can cancel a Tidal subscription or trial at any time. On the web, you do it from the Subscription section of your account at account.tidal.com.

How do I cancel Tidal?

  1. 1Go to account.tidal.com and log in with your login name and password.
  2. 2Open Subscription.
  3. 3Click Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you pay for Tidal through a third party such as Apple or Google Play, you need to cancel through them directly. Tidal can't refund purchases made through those platforms.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access to Tidal until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • In the US, Tidal does not refund a renewal you forgot to cancel. Outside the US, check Tidal's Refund Policy to see if you may be eligible for a refund.
