How to cancel Spotify Premium
Spotify Premium is cancelled from your account page on the web, not in the app.
Cancel on the web
- 1Log in to your account page on spotify.com.
- 2Under Your plan, click Change plan.
- 3Scroll to Spotify Free and click Cancel Premium.
- 4Continue until you see the confirmation.
Subscribed in the mobile app?
If Premium is billed by a partner such as a mobile or internet provider, cancel through the partner shown on your account page.
What happens after you cancel
- Premium lasts until your next billing date, then the account switches to Spotify Free with ads.
- Playlists and saved music stay.
- Cancelling during a free trial switches you to Free right away.
