How to cancel Toggl Track Starter or Premium

You cancel a Toggl Track subscription from the Subscription page in the web app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I cancel Toggl Track?

  1. 1Sign in to the Toggl Track web app.
  2. 2Open the Subscription page from the menu bar on the left.
  3. 3In the My Plan section, click Cancel Subscription.
  4. 4Continue through the modals and confirm.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You stay on your paid plan until the end of the current billing cycle, and the end date is shown in the My Plan section.
  • Toggl Track has a no refund policy, which covers canceled or changed plans and renewals, unless the charge was due to a system error.
  • An organization within the Free plan user limit moves to the Free plan. One over the limit is suspended until you lower the number of active users.
