How to cancel a paid Typeform plan

In Typeform, you cancel a paid plan by downgrading the account to the Free plan. The cancellation only goes through after you finish the survey and confirm it.

How do I cancel Typeform?

  1. 1Log in, click the organization icon in the top left corner, and go to Plan & Billing.
  2. 2Click Cancel my plan.
  3. 3Select the Free plan and click Get Free. On a Growth plan, open the Individuals tab first to find the Free plan.
  4. 4Review your changes, click Continue to survey, then complete the survey and click Submit.
  5. 5Check the box to confirm, then click Cancel my plan.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access to paid features until then.
  • Your forms and the responses you already collected stay accessible and are not deleted, but forms may be closed to new responses and forms that use paid features may switch to trial mode.
  • Until the downgrade takes effect, you can undo it on the Plan & billing page: click Stop! I changed my mind, then select Yes, stay on my existing plan.
