How to cancel Zoom Pro or Business
If you bought Zoom directly from Zoom, the account owner, an admin, or a user with billing privileges can cancel it in the Zoom web portal. This stops future renewals but does not end your current term.

How do I cancel Zoom?
- 1Sign in to the Zoom web portal as the account owner, an admin, or a user with a custom role that has billing privileges.
- 2In the top-right corner, click your profile picture or initials, then Plans and billing.
- 3On the Current Plans or Plan Management tab, cancel any active add-ons first.
- 4Find your plan, click Cancel Plan, and confirm. Zoom sends a confirmation email.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Cancel Plan does not appear in the Zoom web portal. Cancel through Apple or Google instead.
What happens after I cancel?
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current term, and you are not charged at the next renewal.
- There is no automatic refund; Zoom covers refunds in its Terms of Service.
- Cloud recordings stay available for 30 days after the paid plan ends, then are permanently deleted.
