How to cancel Zapier Professional or Team

Zapier has no separate Cancel button. To cancel a paid plan, you switch the account to the Free plan; existing add-ons are not affected.

How do I cancel Zapier?

  1. 1Sign in to Zapier and go to the Billing and usage page (zapier.com/app/settings/billing).
  2. 2Click Manage.
  3. 3Select the Free plan.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep the features of your current plan until the end of the billing cycle, then the account moves to the Free plan.
  • Zapier subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • You get no new charges for the plan, but if you used pay-per-task billing, you may still be charged for extra tasks from the current billing cycle.
