How to cancel an Audiobooks.com membership

You can cancel an Audiobooks.com membership at any time. If you signed up on the website, cancel there; the account can't be canceled in the app.

How do I cancel Audiobooks.com?

  1. 1Log in to your account at audiobooks.com in a web browser, not in the app.
  2. 2Click My Account in the top right.
  3. 3Under Billing Information, select Cancel Account.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you signed up in the app through Apple or Google, cancel through that store. On iPhone, open the Settings app, go to Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and follow the prompts on the Audiobooks.com line. On Android, in the Audiobooks.com app tap the silhouette icon at the top right, then the gear icon to open Settings. Tap Manage beside Account Status, then tap Cancel Subscription on your Google account page.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access to every audiobook you've purchased, including books you got with credits.
  • You lose access to VIP Rewards audiobooks.
  • If you cancel during the free trial, your free trial book, your VIP selection and any unused free trial credit are removed from your account.
