How to cancel BritBox Subscription

If BritBox bills you directly, you cancel on BritBox.com in a web browser. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal or payment date to avoid the next charge.

How do I cancel BritBox?

  1. 1Sign in to your account at BritBox.com on a computer or in a web browser on your phone or tablet. If your phone redirects you to the BritBox app, use a laptop or desktop computer.
  2. 2Click your name in the top right corner, then click My Account.
  3. 3Under Plan & Billing, click Cancel subscription.
  4. 4When asked Are you sure?, click I still want to cancel and follow the prompts.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed and pay through a partner such as Amazon Prime Video Channels, Apple iTunes, Apple TV Channels, Google Play or The Roku Channel, BritBox can't cancel it for you. Cancel directly with that partner. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access to BritBox until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • BritBox sends a confirmation email with the last day you will have access to your subscription.
