How do I cancel Criterion Channel?

  1. 1Sign in at CriterionChannel.com.
  2. 2Click your circle avatar in the upper-right corner.
  3. 3Select Subscription.
  4. 4Under Current plan, choose Cancel Subscription.
  5. 5Select Cancel subscription to finish.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through Apple (iOS app or Apple TV), Google Play (Android app or Android TV), Roku or Amazon (Fire TV), cancel the subscription directly with that platform.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle or free trial, and you keep access for the time you already paid for or the rest of the trial.
  • If you don't see an option to cancel, you may be subscribed through another platform or under another account.
