How do I cancel CyberGhost VPN?

  1. 1Log in to your CyberGhost account at my.cyberghostvpn.com and select the profile logo in the top right.
  2. 2Select Subscriptions.
  3. 3Select Cancel Subscription.
  4. 4Select Continue To Cancel. A screen confirms that automatic billing for your subscription has been turned OFF.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought the subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Amazon Appstore, cancel it in that store's subscription settings instead. These in-app purchases are not covered by CyberGhost's money-back guarantee, so any refund is up to Apple, Google or Amazon.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You can keep using CyberGhost VPN until the end of your paid subscription period.
  • Canceling does not refund your subscription automatically. If you are eligible under CyberGhost's Refund Policy, contact the support team.
  • Canceling does not delete your account. Deleting your account and data is a separate process.
