How do I cancel Snapchat+?

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed in the Snapchat app, cancel in the App Store on iPhone or in Google Play on Android. Snapchat+ Platinum and Lens+ are not offered as web subscriptions, so they are bought and canceled through Apple or Google. On iOS, cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends, or Apple renews the subscription. If you got Snapchat+ through a partner like Verizon +play, contact that partner.

What happens after I cancel?

  • In the US, a canceled web subscription stops renewing and you keep Snapchat+ features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Unused time is not refunded.
  • In Europe and the UK, canceling a web subscription within the first 14 days after a charge gets you a prorated refund within 7 to 10 business days, and you lose access to Snapchat+ features.
  • Refunds are handled by whoever you bought the subscription from. For App Store or Google Play purchases, contact Apple or Google.
